Initial Consultation (10-15 minutes)

• • Clinician meets with client/family to share areas of concern, discuss services offered, and address any other preliminary questions.

Speech-language screening (15-30 minutes)

• Clinician administers a screening exam to identify the client’s strengths/areas of need and determine whether further evaluation is warranted. A 1-page summary of findings will be generated and shared with client/family.

Speech-Language Evaluation (60-90 minutes): $275

• • Clinician administers a series of tests and diagnostic probes to determine client’s strengths/weaknesses, diagnosis, and prognosis for improvement. A full evaluation report will be written to include recommendations and a proposed plan of care.

Individual Therapy Session (approx. 30 minutes): $95

• • Clinician utilizes evidence-based strategies to conduct a face-to-face (or telehealth) intervention session with the client. The final portion of each session will be dedicated to parent/caregiver education/training, establishing a home program, sharing recommendations and/or finalizing documentation.
